The location is quite good, 7-eleven and laundromat nearby. Beach is a 15 minute walk. Easy to go out to a big road and catch a ride to Pattaya center. Breakfast was quite good for 150 baht.

Spacious and comfortable room with modern design and food outlook. The quality of the room is a surprising contrast to the aesthetic of the common areas which are pretty basic. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Spacious triple room, newly renovated, very clean. Family owned hotel, like the atmosphere. Reception was helpful, provided the crutches to me after I had an accident and hurt my foot. Nice pool, but I didn’t have time to enjoy it. Good breakfast.
